Well here she goes...I just got a few parts in and thought I would post a few pictures of the update on all that. Greddy intake manifold and Greddy fuel rail.I am still in the process of polishing the intake manifold and will be polishing the compressor housing and ceramic coating the turbine housing as well just like I did with the exhuast manifold. Haven't worked on it that much, but will be putting it back into the car in the next few months and wiring up the MS and then tuning from there. I will keep you all updated. Here are some more recent pictures:

That thing looks incredible. I've always looked up to you on the web boards for ideas because you're so damn thorough. It's good to have people like you on here that take their time and aren't too anxious to get the thing swapped in. Okay I'm done kissing ***, but that those pictures are probably the best I've seen next to ones of the RB26 going into a 280Z with custom twin turbo exhaust manifold. Continue to keep us posted!

I will be using the timing belt cover...I might modify it slightly...but have not yet decided 100% on that.

Thanks alot for the comment Darius...I do remember you from 240sxforum I believe. I just like to do things right the first time and make it look as clean as I can, even if that means a little more time and money. How is yours doing?

I hope to have around 500-600hp for now until I upgrade the turbo, exhuast manifold and a few other small things. I am well aware things don't always go as planned so that is why I say Hope....lol. PSI probably will be around 23psi+ on the 61mm turbo.

Yeah I try to make my rounds on the boards. I'm the same way with the swap. I changed out every moving part except the internals and oil pump. It's taken me a lot longer than expected mostly because I have to spend time with my girlfriend and parts are slow to ship. I got a whiteline sway bar today so I'll install that and my GT Spec exhaust this weekend and start in on the wiring. The lower harness is cake, I just have to do more research on the upper harness. Other than that, I should be running by March at the latest.

Here's a little teaser:http://nissaninfiniticlub.net/...age=1

That is EFFIN sweet my friend! Makes me glad i took a similar route with my motor as well, as far as the stripping down the engine and cleaning it up and replacing everything on it minus the turbo and exhuast manifold.

I am actually going to be running the Mega Squirt with the EDIS6 setup for the ignition. It is very easy to use and works just as good as the other average stand alones for only $350-400.
Phat_Optimo wrote:Stock cams?Everything else looks good though.
Yeah I am running stock cams...nothing on the head has been touched for now. When I throw some cams in the whole valve train will be built with it.
Need2Boost wrote:Looks good. How much did you pay for the manifold and turbine coating? Thanks
Manifold cost me $60 to ceramic coat it, turbine I am not sure of yet....since I have not done that just yet.

That's a nice setup. You will have to let me know how it all goes. I am going to see how well this setup of mine interacts with the tuning and if it needs more then I will be upgrading probably to a larger 60mm series turbo or might go GT40/42.
