So I just got back from the Nissan dealership a while ago... And ironically enough the employee at the service department came back saying that the noise was coming my belts, when as I recall on the first visit they said everything was fine. But for $127.47 I had new belts put on and so far I haven't heard any noise.

I'd also like to take a moment to comment on the fact that my Infiniti warranty doesn't cover me at a Nissan dealership. What crap! Last time I checked, Nissan is the parent company of Infiniti...

oh well, but all is well now... so i'm happy...

Nissan may be the parent company but they are still different.

Thanks for the update Kid! Glad to see it worked out, but i'm not even sure if the belts would have been covered under your warranty as they might be considered normal wear and tear.

Happy that it solved your problem though!
