OK... so I had a rear squeek that was troubling me a while back.

After rotating the tires last night I noticed the spare tire was loose and seems to be hitting back and forth going over bumps and around corners. Does anyone know the proper way to let that chain down or pull it up for the spare? I don't have an owners manual (never came with the car... and the dealer fell through with sending me one after several tries) and don't see a crank spot under the rear carpet or through the bumper like I've seen on domestics. I'm sure I'll find it eventually, but if you can help that would be great!

What would it take to increase my towing capacity from 3500 (5spd 4x4 2001 model) to say 5000? I would like to be able to tow a full car trailer for my 240...
