dont use a test light if i were you i would use a logic probe to see if the ecu is supplying the ground for the injector to open up. also another thing you havent use fuel injector cleaner have you, b/c that could be the start of the problem it eats up the o rings and you start leaking fuel so watch out for that.

It's also important to have the engine warm. If it's cold, the piston rings will not be expanded enough to block the blowby.

update....i drove the car..it has some hesitation during 2-3k rpms..but i dont think its the turbo b/c when i force to get over the hesitation..it will boost...i guess imma check my plugs..they might be fouled...b/c i cant find any boost leak still...my boost gauge is around 20 so thats good...but when i drive it wont pass the 0 boost when it hesitates...i didnt get to look at it when i forced the car to go over the hesitation..will check in a bit..but i got pics for you guys ..its nice and sunny warm here in otown.=)

looks nice. Glad it worked out. BTW like mentioned before you should check your O2 sensor since they tend to go bad when you run the engine rich.

http://www.summitracing.com has some cheap universal O2 sensors, both 1 and 3 wire. Definitly worth replacing.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE...TODAY IS A GOOD DAY!

-okay i had it running fine with the stock injectors..but had hesitation...i didnt wanna wait to sell my safc/370cc and then order and wait some more so i decided to change the oring and install them again...made sure it will be good this time...also gapped my plugs to .035"....now the car sounds/idle/ and drives soo much better....no hesitation or problems...car is FUN!!! just need it tune so i can boost at wot safely...but yea..timing is still at stock 20 b/c my stupid cheap timing gun went out on me..but thats next to retard timing..I AM SOO HAPPY!!! thanks for all your help guys...
