everything except for the front looks okay.... but are the headlights and grille supposed to look good like that?

lol i dont work at nissan or a car design company! i didnt get to put in too much time with it... im doin it at wk durin free time... its rough but just an idea... i used the design of the maxima headlights and everything else is rendered in photoshop...suggestions?
