Wes must have solved the problem, but I don't remember where he posted it. My first thought, of course, is that you bumped something during the oil change, maybe a disconected vacuum hose, or a connector. It's tight in there. Take a good look. Mighty coincidental.
Been doing some searching for you and also came up with this:

The last post is a diagnosis procedure from the FSM:
"(diagnostic procedure 33. EF-EC 176) and it talks about unplugging the MAF, and then starting and running the engine at 2000RPM for 30 seconds, and if the engine speed drops then its an air leak....
