I had previously made a purchase for the medical terminology book, to include the CD and the actual book, and the flash cards. To my surprise I only received the flashcards, which was contrary to the description made with the product. I would appreciate it if you would contact me as soon as possible because I would love if I could get what I initially paid for. If you are not going to fully hold up to your end of the deal, then I do want a full refund.
