I have a 95 240sx with a Wilwood Big Brake Upgrade in the front and KYB Struts w/ lowering springs all around. I'm currently rolling on 3 piece Niche Corsa 18x8 wheels with an unknown offset with 234/40/18 tires and they fit fine and look good but 1 of the wheels is crooked and eating up my tires. I'm looking to get some Volk Racing GTC Silver /Polish 18x9 +38 and 18x10 +43. Will these wheels be hitting my struts or do I need to add a spacer? Please let me know and thanks for your guys help.

The front 18x9 will hit the strut, no doubt. Run a +20 offset.

For the rears, that offset will fit perfectly flush to the stock fender with no pulling, rolling, or camber. Good offset choice if you aren't looking for maximum dish. And if you want it to space out in the future, get a 5mm spacer.

Dammit. I was really hoping to buy these wheels since I was getting them with tires for $1000 (used). Could I use a spacer in the front, but then I guess I wouldn't have much thread to work with the lug nuts. Thanks for the info.

you could use a spacer(bolt-on not slip-on), but i wouldnt, you can find a better fitting set of wheels for that price

I think you should definitely do that, and get a 20mm bolt-on spacer for the front. $1000 for 18" Volks with tires is a fantastic deal.
