So after deleting my EGR, and changing my exhaust i started my car and it has an unstable idle. At first it was when it was cold also, but i found i had air in my radiator lines, and after bleeding my radiator the problem is now only while it is warm. The next part to go to would be the IACV but before i check that when i put in my block-off plate i snapped a bolt and there may be a leak that i cant find through the block off plate.
Just to make sure it could be the EGR or IACV i have a video of my idle. In the FSM after changing/cleaning the IACV it says if problem still exists check EGR valve operation. I would rather easy out the bolt rather then take my IACV off if its not the problem. I havent touched the IACV and it wasnt a problem before my removing of the EGR so thats why i think it might be the EGR block off plate leaking.
