Ok....I might be able to get the 1800 to get the CA from unstable.

"Complete CA18DET with Transmission and all other components. All parts are 100% guaranteed , motors are complete with compression checks "

I have been working on cars a lot lately and I am learning more and more. I want to attempt my own engine install this summer. Has anyone bought a CA from them? If so what else did you have to buy....I was going to deal with the side mount Intercooler, and get the exhaust done at a local shop. I was also going to buy the autometer gauges from Unstable, and other stuff I will save extra money for. All in all...what am I missing? I have an engine hoist and jack and everything. What should I get redone on the engine? I was going to redo all the belts and fluids(they don't come withfluids anyway right? drain for shipping?) I was also going to pick up the engine myself(Have trailor..within 50 miles of unstable).....I think I can handle this...I keep on seeing people asking for walkthroughs of theprocess and I'd like to have one if anyone finds that on the net..pictures always help...I was also wondering what unstable meant by "all other components"? Any help with this is appreciated. Also, anyone other than Paul have a CA on this board?

Also..How hard is it going to be for me to keep my a/c working?? I also plan on using an act clutch? what would work or do they design one for the CA. Also how much are the motor mounts?...btw...all in a 91 fastback-

did the CA also, as well did my roomate. We also met paul who is very knowledgeable and ready to help you if you need it. you can trust him. Anyways, the clips my roomate and i came with the fliuds still in them. The AC will work becuase you have a 91 one and you just need a clip to make sure you get the compressor and so forth. Sounds like you have enough tools, I assume you have a compressor and all the apropriate air tools to make things easy. Good luckDustin

forgot... an act clutch will work well.. you need to get one for a 91 - what ever KA24DE motor and then bore out the holes a bit to make it fit perfect. At least we had too.

Everything thats included in the SR package is included in the CA. Sorry, no downpipe.

Complete block, head, manifolds, turbo, tranny, most accessories ( generally no AC ), and stock mount intercooler with all piping.

How much would I have to pay you to get the a/c stuff..or is it just a matter of wiring my a/c stuff up and mounting the compressor onto the ca?..maybe with a special bracket or something?

SAweeeeeeeeeeet - heheI am going to start saving...1900 isn't bad...tell me an estimate of what shipping might be so I can have a number to shoot for, or do you think I should just go from unstable anyway. I won't have the money 'till right after christmas anyway so I know your shop will be open...and I'd like to buy one of your downpipes because that seems like the cheapest price i've seen(other than ebay..but those are totally no names..don't like the no guarentee)...-

Shipping will be less than 250, I don't have an exact as I haven't sent anything there yet. : )

My downpipe is probably only going to be like 100 bucks. : ) Hopefully that won't be too outrageous, we'll see.
