I have a problem with my Apexi avc-r boost controller, my boost is unstable, I read in the gauge, the needle vary from 10-12 forward and back, I hope someone can help me out this, Thanks.

I FOUND THAT INFORMATION BUT THEY NOT HELP ME SO MUCH

MY FEEBACK SPEED IS AT 3 ON ALL THE GEAR

DUTY CYCLE : In some cases, the boost may be unstable, this is caused by a big difference between the actual boost and the boost set in the system

MY FRIEND SAID TO ME TO PUT DOWN MY DUTY CYCLE BUT NO CHANGE ON MY BOOST IS UNSTABLE AGAIN BUT HE SAID TOO MAYBE IS MY ACTUATOR OR MY WASTEGATE IS BROKEN !!
