Unresponsive throttle.

I have purchased 1990 TT Z32 and I believe that the throttle position sensor is not connected,(I have spotted 3 unplugged cable one is near the windshield and 2 is left and right side of the engine.) and I cannot find the cable pair with it. If anyone know how to fix it I’ll appreciate it, thanks.

Did you followed the FSM instructions for testing the component?
