Can anyone tell me what this bolt is for? and if the missing bolt under it is? If they are important or not.
KA24DE N/A 95 240sx

Its for the ground eyelet right next to it. That's not an original bolt either.

I have bolt for ground eyelet on another bolt below it, can i just remove it then:?

I believe that's for an engine slinger.

Maybe at the factory. No slinger there on those cars.
Its for the ground. Be done.

You can buy the slingers from Nissan, they are designed to go there.
