Uhh? There aren't any hard details about the 360 version yet. But Epic intends to try and incorporate as much as they can. But given MS's rules and infrastructure, there are some technical challenges. But Epic has some creative guys working there. Could it be limited? Sure. But don't put the cart before the horse...s13jus10 wrote:too bad for xbox360 owners. when they eventually get this game next year, their version will suck. no mod support & "toned-down" graphics. apparently the xbox360 can't handle this game lol.
I'm sorry, what facts drew you to this conclusion? UT has always been a great game........... on PC. The console versions have never impressed me. The game is too fast paced for sluggish console controls and loses some of it's twitch fun. UT07 was stupid fun at the time when my PC was capable of running it even on the lowest settings. I need to upgrade...s13jus10 wrote:(ie: custom multiplayer maps, game modes, etc.) too bad for xbox360 owners. when they eventually get this game next year, their version will suck. no mod support & "toned-down" graphics. apparently the xbox360 can't handle this game lol.
sluggish console controls? umm.. I don't know if you've done ANY research about this game, but for the PS3 version, thanks to bluetooth/multi-usb compatibility, you can use a keyboard and mouse to play the game. yes you heard me right, you can use a keyboard and mouse to play UT3 on your PS3. not on your 360.redtop91 wrote:I'm sorry, what facts drew you to this conclusion? Nah. Honestly it's a game I'm uninterested in, on a platform I'm uninterested in. That's is pretty neat though. Although the 360 can be compatible with a USB mouse and is already compatible with USB keyboards so I wouldn't speak so soon. Even if it comes out on the 360 I'll still pass on it. It's pretty no doubt though. I'm just hating though, the game definitely looks good. Enjois13jus10 wrote:

While I certainly love the idea of mouse and keyboard controls on a console FPS, to be honest, I don't think I could use it if I had it. I have no place to put it in front of my big screen. And who knows, Epic might convince MS to allow them such a feature. Though, I may not want them to as I'd probably get destroyed if I stuck to the controller...s13jus10 wrote:sluggish console controls? umm.. No worries...we'll give you that....it's not like you PS3ers had anything to brag about til now.s13jus10 wrote:if you have a PS3, go buy this game. and if you have a 360..just sit back and drool
no worries about this. when you play online you can actually filter out users that have the keyboard/mouse feature enabled, so you can still have a fragfest with controller-only usersC-Kwik wrote: Though, I may not want them to as I'd probably get destroyed if I stuck to the controller...

You should post yours here:Morph wrote:Yo S13 what your id I just picked it up today from blockbuster, I haven't gotten a chance to hook up the kbd/mouse yet but its pretty fluid. At first it was terribly slow, but the sensitivity was turned all the way down. After fine tuning it everything works great.
