Alright, this seems really noob but, how do I unplug the VTC solenoid? I believe it is the VTC Solenoid (from the diagram in the FSM) It is up, and to-the left of the water temp sensor, black plug with a wire around the base and a red cap. I will post a picture in a minute. I do not want to crack the plug or damage it. This is one of the last pieces I have to remove to get my wiring harness out to remove my engine \ trans tomorrow.

Edit: diagram is on PG EN-122 of FSM.

I zoomed out for a 'perspective' shot, if anyone had any concerns as to where I am talking about.

get a small screwdriver. like what you use for glasses and remove that wire. start at the sides where you can see the guides. pull those out and forward so they dont lock back in and then pop the wire off. after you get the wire off, the plug will slide right off.
