Unplug transmission pressure sensor on 240sx

I was on wiki and just read that if you unplug the transmission pressure sensor on your AUTO 240sx, you will get a sports car shifting feel...anyone want to experiment with that?

yes it does work. i did it on my old Auto and it gave it a stiff shift feel

It doen't regulate the pressure anymore, it just shifts hard. I think it senses g force and puts it with speed and throttle position to shift. I did that on my old vert and then I ditched it cuz of nasty rust and got a 5 speed coupe. 5 speed ftw. I dunno if unplugging it does any damage.
