Unknown wire under sterring wheel....

I have a black tube underneath my steering wheel that is just hanging there. Its an empty tube and is about 1mm wide which blows air out of the end. I opened up the bottom of the steering wheel but everything seemed ok so am not sure what it is.

Does anyone know what im taking about and what it is?

Sorry, this probably won't answer your question:

I don't know about anything stock that does this, but I ran my boost gauge tubing in this location. And I imagine it blows air when pressurized.

Are you turbo? If so, did you already have a boost gauge on there?

But if you're really interested, follow the tube to where it comes from.
