I have a squeak that occurs at low throttle coming from the front top part of the engine. Starting at 1.5 to 2k rpm. Any idea as to what this may be?

Loose belts? Is it a squeak or squeal?

squirrels or chipmunks...

if its coming from the top part it could be the upper timing belt bearing. i know ever since i had aluminum ud pulleys my power steering squeaks once in a while. check to make sure all belts are tight.

Ok squealing is usually belt related, unless any of your idlers are old and worn (timing belt idlers or AC idler pulley). You can pop the hook and push/pull on the 3 drive belts to see if any feel too loose. They are pretty easy to tighten, only the PS belt can be a pain because there isn't alot of room to get your arm down there. The AC and alt. belts can be easily tightened from underneath

Also make sure you don't have anything leaking (like PS fluid or coolant) as this can cause intermittent squealing if something drips on the belts.
