unknown problem

i have a 90 sohc ka24e in my 240sx. when i got to the shop it was running rough like it had a big cam in it later when i went to leave it was runing like it was on two cylinders i have swaped out the injectors #2&3 with others off my spare motor. (which was in good runing order when pulled) new plugs, wires, and distributer. then swaped mafs and still runs like it has a miss it. stays at idle and revs up fully checked the ecu everything seems grounded and in place.

could this be from a backed up cat or the main coil ???? thank you!

doubtful. pull individual plug wires while motor is running(dont touch metal while doing this. if you find one where the rpms dont change when unplugged thats your dead one.
