Unknown part

I just got my wiring harness and it has two little solenoid looking devices and I don't have the foggiest idea of what they are. They have vaccume hoses on them if that helps any. I found a picture of them on ebay sitting on the same mount that the ignitor chip is on.

Oh yeah, the guy who sold it to me said that he thinks it's the winsheild wiper controller but wasn't sure.



P.S. I was going to search for it, but I don't know what it's called so that doesn't help when trying to search.

just throw them away, they are not needed. Be sure to save the ignitor chip though :) hehe

they limit boost in 1st gear and I think cut it back if it starts to overboost. Your not gonna have the system hooked up anyhow so don't worry about it :)

Evap controller? does that go to the charcole canister?

Just do what Paul said.............throw it away, but make sure to keep the ignitor chip.

yes... but you don't need it....all you need is the flat black thing... it's the igniter
