unknown engine problem

i d on t know whats wrong with my engine, it just keep on heating up when i drive for about 20 minutes. i just bought me and radiator not too long ago and it almost over heated but then it stop the next day. now its been about a week or more and my engine is heating up pretty quick. when it gets very hot i would park my car and pop my hood, when i pop my hood my radiator resevior will over flow and leak out coolant. whats wrong?

did you bleed all the air bubbles out of your coolant? pop the radiator cap off, start the car and let the car run for a few minutes. watch the top and you should see bubbles come out. do that first and let me know what happens.

i bleed every needle when i did it. and then it ran good until today. and my radiator hose going into my engine gets really HOTT!

all the needles? what do you mean?

and did you check if your thermostat opens properly? i still believe its air pockets.

air pockets? im thinking its my thermostat but then my bro said it might be my head gasket (a little leak) hes a machnic but then hes not sure yet. do you think it can be my head gasket? i havent got any time to check out my thermostat yet.

Do a compression test on all cylinders to determine the condition of the head gasket. Also if there's a blown head gasket, then you would notice water dripping at the tail pipe or white smoke and possibly constant air bubbles at the radiator fill neck.

If the head gasket is OK, then the thermostat is most likely bad; replace it with a Nissan OEM unit, not some aftermarket unit.

(lilo john) YEEEEEEEAAAAAAA!!!!!!!.......i figure out the problem, it was my gaya$$ thermostat. thankz for the help guyz
