air pockets? im thinking its my thermostat but then my bro said it might be my head gasket (a little leak) hes a machnic but then hes not sure yet. do you think it can be my head gasket? i havent got any time to check out my thermostat yet.jdm_master_X wrote:all the needles? what do you mean?
and did you check if your thermostat opens properly? i still believe its air pockets.
(lilo john) YEEEEEEEAAAAAAA!!!!!!!.......i figure out the problem, it was my gaya$$ thermostat. thankz for the help guyzrogoman wrote:Do a compression test on all cylinders to determine the condition of the head gasket. Also if there's a blown head gasket, then you would notice water dripping at the tail pipe or white smoke and possibly constant air bubbles at the radiator fill neck.
If the head gasket is OK, then the thermostat is most likely bad; replace it with a Nissan OEM unit, not some aftermarket unit.
