While the engine was off but the radio playing, there was a loud pop and we lost all power. We jumped the car and still nothing. We traced a fuse problem and replaced the starter relay and after a jump the car was fine. But then last night, we sat in the car with the engine off but the dashlights were on and the battery was dead again. We were able to jump the car and drive home. The car is starting up fine today but now I'm scared to drive it and be stuck somewhere.
Anybody have some advice or ideas on the problem?

This happened to me after I replaced the door handle window switch, I guess it had a wire crimped. I'd check anything you recently replaced first and go from there. Or it's just the end of time for your battery.
