can any one tell me what is this for? i found it near the AC rellay & thermostat but it has been damage by water & i want to repleace it for a new one i'm thinking this is the reason why i can't change my radio & volume anymore by the steering wheel the buttons aren't working. here is some pics http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3055940
