So I have a 91 Super Hicas w/ the Kazamma Hicas removal. I pulled off all Hicas parts I could find to save weight and clean up the car. Power steering fluid squirts out of my power steering cap for no reason. Is there some thing wrong with my PS cap? I have swapped in an SR20 and replaced all power steering hoses but still have the OEM metal lines. When I turn the wheel with the hood popped you can see the fluid squirtting out of the cap. Why and what can I do?

Sounds to me like its just over filled. My PS levels raise considerably whenever I turn my wheels.

If there is to much in the reservoir the fluid will leak out of the cap.

Well I feel like a newb asking that. I still have a leak however or else I wouldn't have to keep putting it in. I use ATF. What are the odds the power steering pump leaks?

You need to fill the reservoir up,get someone to turn the wheels to the left and right and see where the leak is.
