Unhappy '01 20th anniv Max

My 20th anniv Maxima (VQ30DE-K) is in bad shape.

When I start it it bogs down / revs up......all over the place. After 1-2 minutes it finally idles ok (~700 rpm). Unfortunately it doesn't stop there. While under way it has absolutely no balls and the transmission is VERY clunky. At red lights I need to drop it into neutral (automatic transmission) and bump up the revs as I'm thinking it's going to stall out.Codes have been read and they point towards MAF & O2 sensors. I looked at each one: MAF 2.65 g/s @ idle, O2 sensor 1 0.02volts (both banks) , O2 sensor 2 0.28 volts (both banks).I replaced the MAF last fall (refurbished) but am thinking that it may be crapping out again.

may also want to look into other common maxima problems: iacv, ign. coils, etc. may even looking into an injector issue.
