Uneeded crap?

There is a thing just above the exhaust manifold that hooks upto the DP.. looks like a EGR type thingy What is it?? do I need it? What crap can I take off this engine that's not really needed?

That circly looking that that comes off the exhaust manifold, you can take that off.

yeah take that off and get an AIV plug. HT sells it.

Plug it up with that or weld on a quarter or something like that.

Or get a MR O2 housing

You're not taking it off just because it's "unneeded emissions crap." You need to remove it because it interferes with the RHD steering column.
