Underwood light?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

So I am either becoming senile or losing my mind but last night I opened the hood on my 2010 EX to check the oil and there was no light anywhere and I swear there was one before.....

Can someone confirm if there is a light under their hood? And if so, where is it? I could not find it after looking around quickly this morning.

Or I am going senile....

Anyway, mine has no under the bonnet light, BUT it's a 2011 and US spec - conceivably the Canadian spec 2010 models have one...
