Hey NICO,

I'm not going to release details until we receive our first set. But, we are going to be distributing a new brand of Drift Spec Coilovers for the 95-98 240SX.

No S13 stuff yet, sorry!

I'm still waiting to test fit them on our car, before I go into technical data, etc.

Pricing is set for $699.99/set of 4 and they are available now. I don't sell anything I haven't tried first. I hope you guys can appreciate that.

The coilovers are designed for drifting and are really stiff. If you are looking for something soft, this isn't it.

The coilovers will be ride-height adjustable, but don't offer all the dampening features of the JDM coilovers.

I think this will pretty much dominate the under $1000 category. Finally an awesome entry coilover, for an awesome price.

CAn i get some specs on them? Like the spring rates as well as the dampening rates right now? I dont care about adjustability as long as the handle good.

I dont have spring rates, etc. No technical data. I won't know til the box arrives for us to test fit our first set. Supposed to ship out on Monday, I should have them by next Friday.

The Drift Spec Coilvers feature a wide range of height adjustments without changing the spring compression and sacrificing the sock stroke. Traditional Hi-Low kits (coilovers) require the movement of the spring perch to determine the ride height, causing a reduction in suspension travel and induce coil spring binding. The bottom shock fork/connector is threaded to allow height adjustments to each drivers need without having to shorten the suspension travel by maintaining the original spring perch locations. With this function, each driver can lower the center of gravity to achieve better handling and still maintain a consistent ride quality.

Wrenches are included with every purchase!

The reason I am so psyched about these coilovers are they don't put the pressure on the spring that many shock/spring combinations do.

Basically, the threaded bottom shock connectors twists to different heights with the wrench (supplied free of charge). This allows the top of the shock/spring to remain the same height. Reduces pressure on the spring and allows the spring to have a much longer life. Forget all those sagging springs after 6months of driving.

didn't know anything about SPL coilovers...

But, no, I feel confident it's not the same.

S13 guys, I'm sorry, but as for now, nothing planned.

Pictures attached to first post! Check out the quality. Simply amazing!

I have them installed on the front, but will be finishing the rears tomorrow when I get some time.

I will post the installation photos tomorrow night!

S13 guys aren't going to get these, I'm sorry to say.

These were designed for the S14, mostly for the Autocross/Drifting guys who need stiff spring rates.

anything in the works for a softer spring coilover? or is it possible for us to swap out springs?

im looking for a daily driver/occasional weekend auto-x...

Im guessing these would be too harsh for a daily driver...

No, I should have said ultra harsh. I am running them on my daily driver, and I don't see it being a problem.

Sorry S13 guys, these won't be in the works for you guys for now.

Not to thread jack, but since Underground isn't making plans to offer these coilovers to the S13 crowd, I figure they're not losing business on the coilover front.

For you S13 owners looking to get some nice coilovers, check out Driftfactory.com. They're starting to warehouse Kei Office products, and while they're a little more expensive, they're top notch. Check it out guys.

Nothing about "Kei-Office" sounds "a little more expensive."

Chris, I'm sure you're fully aware of Kei Office, who runs the company and what their products are worth. But you don't have to get defensive... I'm not trying to sway potential buyers from you... just giving S13 folks an option, my $.02, if you will. Sorry if it came off wrong. Please accept my apologies.

I'm aware. Sorry to be less than super specific about the info... Check updates in the forum at Drift Factory, they recently met with the K Office reps and they'll be carrying 3/4 of the K Office catalog soon. Like all good shops, they aren't going to list that stuff until they have it on the floor. All I'm suggesting is that S13 owners looking for a coilover setup can save for a little longer and get a truly quality setup through a different merchant. Seriously, I'm not pulling BS here guys, just trying to let you know about a little inside info that might help, that's all. Geez. Contact Jason at DF if you don't believe me.

I can assure you these are no way related to the D2 Coilovers, lol.

You can be assured a kit that bolts up and doesn't require mods like the D2 coilovers..

I think you guys will be amazed by the quality.

Chris, if you can get the spring/dampening rates, I would be very interrested in a set for the drag car. I need something STIFF though...
