Underdrive pulley

I am looking for the pros and cons of a set of underdrive pulleys.What kind of horsepower gains can I expect? Will it noticably affect the electronics of my car? Etc.Any advise is welcome.Thanks

Power gains throughout the power band. Off the top of my head if I forced a guess I would say maybe 6hp.

Just dont hook up an extensive stereo or anything that will make a big drain on the electrical system.

Excellent all-around upgrade.

Thanks for the info.What brand and where is a good place to get them?I can get a set of four pulleys (Unorthodox Racing) from a local speed shop for $472. Good/Bad deal??

i got a full set the crank ps alt wp for $305 from UR online they were having a sale on some discontioned modles

I put all them on and estamate a few HP but the biggest thing is that the moter wants to rev faster make much easier to downshift

the alt is a problem though it does fine when running but at idel the light dim just a little and i am running a red top battery. The alt pully was just a hair bigger then then stock on so it helps a little but i think that they do make bigger pulley for alt if u r running a high watt stereo

This was my first mod and used the info on the install section to do the install myself took a couple of days to do but that was bc i was doing inbetween classes and studying

BUT well worth it in the long run in my book need new belts anyways and was happy to get that done at the same time

they only list SOHC or S14? what about 91-94 DOHC? i hope the s14 works on the s13 dohc motors. i might need to get me some pulleys y0!-Enzooooo
