Scott, did the underdrive pulley make a difference? If so, what difference? I visited your car domain page, NICE RIDE!!! How do you like the RSB, and did you copy the Nissan man w/ Honda emblem from my avitar or from DaveB at max.org., that's where I swiped it.

I copied the Nissan man image from somewhere a couple years ago...I don't even remember where. I should probably add some pictures of my SP2 exhaust on there.

The underdrive pulley is nice. I mainly noticed a difference between idle and 1500 rpm, in that it gets the revs up quicker. I guess any time you can take approximately 4 lbs off the rotational mass of the crank, it's a bonus.

I like the rear sway bar. I'm not sure I can give you an accurate review of handling gains since I installed it a couple of months before I got my Illuminas. It definitely lessens the feeling of understeer, and pushes it closer to oversteer.

Did you keep the same belt or need a different size? Hard to install or just time consuming?

The belt that goes on the alternator is a different size, but you can reuse the factory water pump belt.

Make sure you have access to one bad-azz heavy duty impact wrench to remove the factory pulley. It's a lot easier if you have a 5speed than if you have an automatic.

I really wish I had the 5spd, but just a slow shifting auto for now.

RSB+EnergySuspension poly FSB and end-link bushings=

The poly FSB bushings and end-link bushings made the biggest improvement in the handling my max and it was only a 20-30 dollar mod.

Scott, Dave, I, and a couple others installed our RSBs at around the same time. Scott's description of going to nose-dive understeer to boderline oversteer is on point.

There's a how-to on the UDP install for a 99 here; your's should be the same. The last bottom of the hot-to has the belt sizes. I was able to find Gates belts at my local NAPA.
