well seeing as how no one answered this question way back in 02(yea look whos reviving a dead thread), I have about the same question. I am going to be under my car for a while cutting out rust and putting in new metal and I was wondering what would be good to cover most if not ALL parts with, ie rear suspension, under body, etc. I was thinking of something like that bumper spray stuff or spray bed liner, I don't think I like the idea of the rubber undercoating that you buy at places like autozone or whatever, seems too messy and soft, I want something that pretty hard and durable(read rust and chip resistant). Any input appreciated. I hope nysc found what he was looking for.

I was kind of thinking about that while under my car for the header job. I see alot of crap stuck under there and wondered what i could do to clean it off. Ive seen shops that put on a chemical suit and spray the underside of the car, but i dont know how much it is for the work.
