Ok here is the situation, I've got work to do on my floor and frame rails. I'm not sure yet what I'm going to do (I'll probably plate them) but that's not what I need advice about. I don't want to work under the car. I want to turn the car around, either completely or just half-way. But I'm not sure yet how I'm going to do that. Here are the options I've been thinking about.

number oneThe body man at my workplace suggested this one, but i'm not too sure about this.

He says grab a few of your friends and lift it, and the let it fall on some tires, placed at strategic places. But screw that's scary. I mean, ok I can lift it, but when it reaches the point where we can't change our minds, there is still a long way to go. If the tires aren't at the right spot there goes my body panels and windows! And even if they're at the right spot, it's still way too risky.

number twoI could use a winch, but I'm going to be outside, in my driveway. There is no space to use a truck (or the roof if I was inside a garage) so that seems out of question, but it would be safer.

number threeI could make a frame rack, that I would attach to the bumpers attaching points, in the front and in the rear, that would allow me to turn the car around as I want. But that's a big job. But I can do it, and if that's what I end up doing I'll post pictures along the way.

So now what I'm asking, do any of you have another idea? Or any advice with one of these options? What I'd really like is a few links to a post of someone who has done this, with pictures, that would be nice. And my option number 3 has been done before, by lots of people, but how would you call that kind a rack? I don't know what to search for.
