underage drinking arrest

PA has some strict rules but u can get away with stuff. two of my friends got arrested last year for underage drinking (think they had just turned 16 if not still 15) and i dont think much happened to them. maybe some community service hours but thats bout all

Thats weak they did that. Unless you said you were drinking the cops have no proof taht you were drinking and according to my local po po just smelling it is only resonable suspision(sp?) meaning they can ask you further questions but i think unless you said you were drinking etc they cant prove you did without a sobriety test. In NH you can be under 21 and have .02 BAC (like one beer) and thats over the legal limit. they cant really bust you for having drank somthing (not now tho, they came out with internal possesion laws, such bs). sorry to hear sh*t like that though man. my .02 later

3. NOLO CONTENDERE: Nolo contendere is Latin for "no contest." If a person plead "nolo contendere: she forfeits her right to a trial and (as with a guilty plea) simply comes before the judge for sentencing. Some people feel that a nolo plea is a compromise between pleading guilty and not guilty. While not contesting the charges one is also not admitting guilt.
