under the dash wiring

I am trying to finish up my wiring, and I know there are may resources like heavythrottle for information about this, but the problem is that when I pulled my sr wiring harness from underneath the dash there are three plugs:

One obviouly connects to the ECU

The other one is a flat (eight) wire connector, simmilar to the KA

But the third is a sixteen wire connector----My KA's third connector is only four wires----should I just ignore this and match up the colors as per heavythrotte?

I don't know if it matters but its a black top with automatic climate control and my car is an 89 240, with regular climated control.
