Some things I learned when I spent roughly $3,000 on parts in 2010.
1) There was no price advantage to buying any prepackaged kits. I believe the kits were designed to reduce order error or simplify the process with a list of part numbers. Unfortunately, with a kit you can still receive duplicate parts and be missing a vital part that you will need to procure locally so the kit was not a 100% solution. The list of parts provided on here appears to be more comprehensive.
2) Shipping cost should be considered. There is an online seller in the Atlanta area (was it Gwinette?) that once listed online prices at 30% off but the shipping costs were higher than the rest of the country so it cost more in the end to buy from that dealer
3) There were no discounts beyond the calculated discounts provided in the Web site. Many NISSAN parts retailers use the same store site (with a different face) provided by TradeMotion. However, the discount percentages and shipping costs will vary between dealer. I found the price ($$) and service level (delivery speed and quality) are often beyond the dealers control. Some dealers are at a distinct geographic advantage to other dealers. Some items to consider:
a) Proximity to a Nissan parts distribution center. Is shipping required from the Nissan warehouse to the dealer before the item is shipped to you? If no additional shipping costs are incurred will the dealer receive the item for shipment to you "next day" in most cases?
b) Proximity to a FedEx central distribution hub.
c) Your proximity to the FedEx distribution hub in (b).
d) I found I can purchase Infiniti parts (for my I30) for less than Nissan parts (for my Maxima) online when the part numbers are the same. So in my case, I use the Infiniti part price as the baseline for a "best deal" price. So apples from the next tree really aren't any sweeter.
e) It is cool to order parts on Monday and have the box waiting at your doorstep when you get home from work on Wednesday or Thursday so you can start your weekend project on Friday afternoon and know you got the best deal in the country. :-)

I think I included all of the
Plenum hoses from the list. I see this seller being recommended often on this site. I added the parts into the following shopping cart for comparison purposes above. Do not attempt to purchase the cart as it does not list part numbers.
