under dash wiring

ok on srswapdot com it says everything matches does that mean i don't have to splice any wires under the dash??? or do the plugs PnP

It's like 7 wires.... and yes, they need to be spliced together.

The colors match, but the positions of the wires in the plugs don't. You'll need to cut and splice them.

ok got the motor in today that dash harness is really up in there,i hope i don't have to remove the dash

Take out the glove box. It's like 4 bolts that hold the frame of it in. that should give you plenty of space.

and you will have a few left over wires.

ok i just kut the ka harness for the plug, and spliced in the required wires from the ca. oh that little plug???any insight it didn't plug in? the small one wire one

under the dash? There isn't one. If you've got one, it may have been something aftermarket that was installed in Japan. Pics would be nice....

I wish I had thought of that when I was installing mine. Freaking contortionist would have had no better of a time at it!

lol

the easiest way is to do it before you put that stuff in

the wires that go from the ecu to the dash can unplug at the ecu and under the dash, then just do it on a table or sometihng

yeah thats what i did just plugged it in
