Nismo keys arent rare, and im pretty sure that the 180sx and silvia keys are discontinued so I highly doubt they will be in stock anywhere.

Some parts are no longer available, and it's one of them. Just let it go. Many vert specific parts have gone out of production, so I got used to it already.

Or find a used key with whole set of locks and swap. If you are determined, that's the way to go.

Just to give you an idea, my friend who was IN japan was happy as who knows what when he came across an uncut Silvia key.

He won't sell it because he knows he won't come across another one.

So yeah, chances of finding one is nill.

Thanks, I have started to look at other options, but wasn't aware that they were super rare.

why don;t you just look for a good condition key, then have your car keyed to it? it's not exactly rocket science to rekey a lock cylinder.....

Last summer I had a guy that was living in Japan get me a full Silvia lock set. When he picked it up the parts guy told him it was the last full S13 Silvia lock set in Japan...I got lucky. Pics:

Let me show off mine. I think I paid like $35 for this key a while back. A local dealership was kind enough to test cut a key for free before cutting this one. A guy at part dept knew how rare it was. I would have bought 180sx key if I owned a hatchback.

try finding the keys on front clips, you might have luck finding them there. thats how i got the 180sx key/alarm fob.

I have been on the hunt for keys for almost a month. I finally gave up for now and bought a uncut set of stock ones on ebay. I have been trying to talk my friend into selling me his GTR key but he is not wanting to part with it.
