uncomfortable driver's seat

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Purchased a new EX 35 2010 in Feb 2011. Black on black. Love it with one exception, a big exception. The driver's seat is very uncomfortable. I've had it in the dealership twice and they say it's not the seat (that leaves me). I feel as tho the seat leans me toward the console to the point I often have to readjust my butt to get back centered in the sweet spot of the seat. I've sat in lots of driver's seats. Yes, some are more comfortable than others, but I've never sat in one that was this uncomfortable. Any advice? tx

I have issues of the seating feeling too forward if I take it to a valet parking and I find myself readjusting my seat, usually end up fiddling with it for a couple of days before I find a sweet spot. Sometimes lowering the height of the seat may help if its set too high up, it sometimes make me feel like I'm leaning too forward to the front console.

Seats are a very personal thing as far as fit goes. It is strange that you feel like you are leaning to the side. Have you sat in another EX to see if it feels the same? I have driven over 550 miles in one day and felt great. I had a shoulder issue with my QX4 on long drives.

Zarar - I guess you don't have memory seats? You would pretty much have to beat me to let a valet in my car.

Exactly.. I do not valet unless I absolutely have to.. Many horror stories on what valets do to your car too, LOL!

My EX35 (2010) seats are fairly comfortable. They are more comfortable then the G37X loaner cars I get.

I love the seats! Very comfy / snug. Are you a bigger or smaller-sized person? Wonder if they fit one size good and another size not-so-much?
