I own a Z and am not from this side of Nico, but you guys, and gals, have to hear this. I was on eBay looking at cars when i stumbled upon a great deal for a G35 coupe. It was $13,000 for 18,000 miles. I knew there had to be a catch, and after reading the description, I had to let you guys take a look. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...l1308

"that day he spun out on a patch of dirt, washed onto the road by an early evening thunderstorm. Luckily, he didn't hit anything but the car came to stop on the rim of a pretty steep ravine

This is 100% pure bullcrap. The airbag will NOT deploy unless the car is moving and occupied by the driver. Note he says he didn't hit anything - IMPOSSIBLE. The passenger bag did not deploy as there wasn't a body sitting in it. I would not touch this car with a 10 foot pole as there are obvious non-truths!

Why would you put that story on ebay?? Run a carfax on the VIN, and test drive it before you make an offer....

what carp... I thought it was going to be about a ford problem

Oh and the front air bag don't go off if the back of the car gets hit or if the car is off!

My friend ran into a parked car goig about 30mph in street (cars parked on both sides) and the air bag din't go off and it was a Lexus

Someone asked how the airbag deployed if he didn't hit the car and here's his response:
Retard selling the car wrote:Good point! I'm not sure if the PO was in the car when it went down the ravine after the rope snapped but I think he was. That must have been when the airbag went off. This is all I can assume, I wasn't there to witness the accident so I rely on the statements of the driver.]
