How can anyone possibly have committed EIGHT DWIs and still be driving to commit a 9th ???

The government has no interest in changing his behavior. Falling legal BAC levels are part of the same revenue scheme. Collect rather than correct.

That's why they are looking to lower the levels to the point where drinking less than a beer during dinner could result in a DWI. MADD loves it of course but the reality is it's not about safety it's about revenue. Everything is about revenue when it comes to the government.
