Unable to shut off alarm car not starting please help

I got a 93 J30 and the stock car alarm is going off and turning the key is no longer shutting the alarm off. I have never had a problem with it until today. Now that the alarm is unable to be turned off the car will not start. I saw previous post stating the ground an orange wire that is above the break. Is this a definite fix for the 93 J30 or is there anything else that I can do to permanantly turn off this alarm system.

unlocking the drivers door with your key doesn't shut it off ???

Not anymore. It always did up until yesterday after I put gas in the car.

Passenger side or the trunk should work as well if I recall.

Passenger side lock is stuck and there is no trunk key lock unless I'm missing something. I also tried to ground the orange wire by the brake and that didn't work. I also tried to unhook the battery to reset it and that didn't work. Looks like I'm going to have to tow it to a shop unless anyone's got a bright idea.

try disconnecting negative battery cable for 30 seconds with key in ignition turned forward right before start position, that resets my alarm wich does that when my battery is going dead- it seems to reset or recalibrate it

if you like, unplug the terminal off the theft control unit under the dash , right of the steering wheel, its the silver box, just stick your head by the pedal and you will see it
