OK so I have a weird issue here. Randomly I will be unable to depress my clutch pedal to start my 240. If I can manage to press the sensor under the pedal so I can start my car, the pedal goes back to normal operation. I have not, as of yet, had the pedal do this while driving.
The first time this happened i had it towed to a shop, and if course when it got there it was fine. Figures. But they checked the clutch master and slave cylinders and said they were fine. Any ideas would be awesome...

I'm not sure I know what you mean by unable to depress the pedal to start your car. Do your pedal not move? At all? You literally can not depress the clutch pedal? Did your clutch guys inspect your pedal and master cylinder piston for physical interference? Or do you mean when it's depressed, it's still not enough to have your starter start the car? That could be your button, but it could be signs that your starter or power supply is going bad.

Literally unable to move the clutch pedal.
I have not checked for anything blocking the operation of the pedal because once I start the car the clutch operates normally again. The pedal would still not move if obstructed once the vehicle was running.

I don't understand it. The clutch system is completely independent of the engine. Nothing about the clutch system changes whether the engine is running or not running or not even installed in the car... except that it is spinning. Centrifugal force! I have an idea. :) There is something broken inside your pressure plate. It sit's under the spine inside the pressure plate and moves out of the way when spinning. Pull the transmission and inspect the clutch. I bet you find a chunk of metal or spring in there. Be ready to replace parts with a clutch kit.

PS - I am darn near certain you really need to pull the transmission and inspect your clutch. Soon. Your clutch could stop working at any time I think.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Either something broken internally on the clutch or something with the fork. I'll have to take it to a shop for this... I'm not lucky enough to have a place to drop the transmission.

Okay. Please post the findings of the inspection. I'm definitely curious. If you get pictures, that would be awesome!

Yeah it sounds like some kind of fork of shaft problem. Starting the car might put some NVH through the system to knock everything loose.
Pushing on the clutch wicked hard would probably break whatever is causing the issue (for better or for worse) ha.
