Hi all,

On my 1991 Nissan 240sx with SR20DET red top engine swap,

I have wired the consult port to my e63 ecu and can't seem to get anything out of it. I have verified the wiring diagrams, continuity through all cables (even tracing from internal to the ecu housing), and yet I still cannot connect. I am able to put the ecu into diagnostic mode and I have taken care of all the errors and only get get 55 now meaning everything is good. I am trying to get the car in tune to pass emissions but so far it has been fighting me all the way. I am wondering if the ecu is bad.

Are there any good troubleshooting tips to tell if the ecu is working properly? I am super literate on the computer side, so the driver and such are all setup.
