UN security council's resolution for North Korea

Right now, it has been approved of by 5 key security council members. The rest of it will be hashed out later, revised, ect. It is not being made available to the public at this point and time.

Its looking like a 'reassessment of the UN's BAN on their testing', along with economic sanctions, total arms embargoes, ect are in the works. At least..

Here is a little nice quote from NK.

The U.N. is generally ineffective so I think everything in this case depends what stance NK's big brother China takes.

Well the UN unanimously passed legislation for tougher sanctions on NK.

It isnt legal for them to receive large or small arms weapons from any country.

We also have the right, we being any member of the UN, to search all and any NK vehicles. It allows us to destroy any WMD's we find.

China and Russia were simi-adamant about not using force when searching, not even having the capability on hand. The US drafted the legislation.
