Ok, I am on my break right now, and I noticed a one of my wiring Harnesses is unplugged. It is down by the fuse box, and the wire bundle acttually splits off into two different harnesses. One is connected just underneath the fuse box panel closest to the driver's seat, but the other was just draped over the hood release. I know this is kind of vague, and I will take pictures of it and have the posted when I get off work. Right now I was just wondering if anyone could think of where it plugs in off the top of their head. I searched for another unplugged harness underneath the dash and all around the fuse box, but there is any. It is maybe 6 inches long from where it splits of, so there really asn't anywhere else it could go. Maybe its wiring for fog lights (which I do not have)? I drive a 93 240sx SE 5 speed coupe. The only thing special is that it has HUD and 4 wheel disc brakes. Like I said I will post pictures when I get out of work tonight. Thank you for any assistance.

Id have to see an image... I could check my gf's 92' but Id rather see an image hehe.

Oh and the 4 wheel disks arent special as all 240s had them :) The hud is though, as only s13 coupes with digital guages had them hehe.

More than likely it's the CONSULT plug.

Nissan has a tech service computer which hooks up through a plug. It can perform diagnostics and control certain things. Like you can depressurize the fuel system for example. If you have a service manual, did you ever notice how some procedures have a little icon next to them that looks like a TI graphic calculator? This means the hand held consult computer is re4quired for this step (they usally provide a manual way to do the same thing for those who aren't nissan mechanics, this is marked with a crossed-out consult icon). I'm not saying that this is the plug you found, but if it is near the fuse box and you can't find a mate then it was probably that. My sentra's was located near there but I have yet to find (or look for) it on my 240sx. The Tectom MDM100 also plugs into this and can diagnose some sensors and give you cool info about your car.

Thanks, that more than likely is it because I cannot find the female end to that plug.
