Umm... now what?

So I got these cheapo H4 clear lense lights off of ebay for my s13 240sx, no bulbs included, and I'm wondering:

- What sized bulbs do I need? 9003? H4? Are they the same thing?

- Do I need seperate bulbs for high/low beams?

- If I keep wattage the same, do I need to do any wiring changes?

- Are there any decent & cheap bulbs I can get with OE wattage?

i just put the sylvania sylverstars the whole light and i like them, i would just buy that bulb
