Um no, way to good to be true.

If this was true and reliable. I would be sending in my cash Monday morning:

http://www.jcwhitney.com/autop...10101

they look to be more for VWs, listed under 240sx.

It's also really bunk. First, it is a VW crank, since it is obviously for a boxer based on it's journal locations. Two, it states that it uses a 69mm stroke, which would take off 17mm off of your stroke. Third, it states that it is for 1300-1600cc engines. Sorry, but I would have been right there with you if it was for real.

69mm stroke. Uses sock bearing. For all 1300-1600cc engines.

I DONT THINK SO!!!!! sue them put it in and let the rods fly and sue them for a harmful product

i think JCWhitney, in all of their shameful crap that they sell, is too big of a company to be scamming people.

i doubt any of you would actually email them and ask

I think it's more like an old Musclecar hotrod company that is still struggling with Import performance.

No, that's just how they do with that stuff. Each part is listed for each year.

27mm = 28% stroke reduction

i agree with dfw240, theyre an old musclecar company that doesnt do our cars nearly as well, just like jegs, edelbrock, summit racing has a few parts for us, etc...

i ordered dc strut bars threw jc whitney and they told me month and half till shippment. i laughed and cancled order. i find summitracing on the other hand to be great for your common things, gauges and such. jegs on the other hand same as summit but norm buck or 2 higher in price.
