Well I'm still a college student and I want to build up my KA. I've got 92k miles on my 1993 S13 hatchback. As far as performance, I have the following..Apexi N1 Exhaust, AEM Intake, Aluminum Crank Pulley. As far as other upgrades..what should i use? new spec 2 clutch n fidanza flywheel will be in the spring.
Header-Hotshot..Pacesetter..Greddy?? Cams- ??? Pistons- ???
anything else im missing..what do you suggest? Thanks guys!

look into some cams and maybe even pull the head and port it out really well and get it shaved about .020 . if you are a decent mechanic i would say you could port the head yourself with the propper tools. an ecu upgrade would be nice, possibly just an s-afc to tune your air fuel curve a little. and besides that an aluminum flywheel clutch and a good header would help a little too.

Your missing alot of detailed items as is most of the posts. I've yet to hear alot of stuff that crosses over from the chevy small block to the ka. With 10 years building sbc's, i know a thing or 2 Alot of the heavy hitters won't give the details of their engines in fear that the next guy will claim to have the same setup and in reality be driving mommas car! I have yet to take my ka apart, so i can't claim to be an expert.
