Perfect proportion, the garage is like half the house, exactly how it should be.

I need to be that guy.

well its on a hydraulic lift, just like in a repair garage, except it appears that one holds two cars at one time. but anyway people with a ton of cars will use these so they can fit two cars in one place, just like this. id say it probably cost him around $10k-$12k for that lift, if he got a good one at least, which im sure he did.

sorry i thought you were kidding because you had the :P after it

woah.... that would suck. Never being able to get them down. You can't even get a good look at them properly unless he has stairs like a gundam repair bay

But if i ever buy a house. I couldn't afford a HUGE house sized garage like that but if i ever got a house i would make sure they build the garage a little taller so i could do that too :P

The cars can be taken down, you just have to move the 2 below, lower the lift and then bcak them off the (now flat on the ground) ramp. Time consuming, but space saving. The one down side (aside form laborious acessing) is potential drippings from the top cars on the bottom ones, unless the lift has a solid floor.

He owns the ragtop TT, the rest are from other members of his local Z club. Would be cool to own all of them I must admit!

Eh.... I believe Rico said it was a Z meet that was held at his house.

Although i wonder how many z32's of his own are in the pic. Anyhow, that is the sickest garage ever, i've always dreamed of a garage that big, with the "living quarters" on top instead.
