Ok, that was useful... That list only has 3 Nissan motors. 3 motors that I've never heard of...

Edit: Ok, there are also 3 V8's under the Infiniti section. Still...

That list is extremely lacking in Japanese motor info across the board...

From the OP...

I read between the lines as engines useful to 240sx drivers... But hey, I'm not downing you, man. I'm just say that link didn't really list much that we might be interesting in putting in a 240...

+1 to you for posting it.-1 for who ever made it. They fail.

Even Honda & Toyota got no love on that list...

unless the op corrects me, but this thread is for ANY engine from ANY make. i understand that you want to keep things nissan BUT this thread is not JUST for nissan, toyota or honda engines. i'm just adding to the "ultimate engine weight thread" for anyone considering a different engine for their 240SX

Obviously Nissan is preferred but go for it any make even the ferrari v12s lol will help i guess.

Alright cool. But you have to agree that most motors that anyone would want in their 240 are absent from that list. Even Japanese motors released for sale in America aren't on it. No 2J, no F20C/F22C, no VQ's, no EJ's... nothing...

I'm just saying that the list needs more diversity. But whatever. Post whatever you like.

Interesting side note though: GM had a rotory motor?!
